It's champions league I'm more bothered about. I want to win both, but if we're to lose one I'd prefer it's the FA Cup game.

Will resting key players lose us momentum? Nobody knows. Such is our system and the players knowledge of playing it I doubt it. The ones rested will be fit and raring to go. If we lose one or both finals I'm sure all the told you so whiners will be back saying it was because of this. It won't be. Two tough decent sides want to win these finals as much as we do. Bad luck, a worldie goal, the dreaded var and/or the other teams playing better could happen and we could lose. I hope we don't and if we put a performance in like against Liverpool, Arsenal and Madrid we won't barring something freak happening. Count your blessings, stop fucking whining, get behind the lads and stop thinking you know more than the best manager in the world, you don't.

Not really arsed about the result.. obviously would have preferred a win but the main thing is no injuries were picked up today.
The last few games won't have any bearing on the next two games..
On a positive note I thought Phil was very good and Rico decent...Charles did ok when he came on against a very physical team..
Ref was pretty poor and he kept getting in the way as we tried to play short passes.
 
Brilliant those meaningless games are out of the way with no major injuries. Full pelt for 2 monster games. Pep did these games well, the results were absolutely irrelevant. Staggered to read some of the comments. We will have a fully fit squad with world class players rested and desperate to perform.

Champions league is the most important, every day of the week. I obviously want to win both though. Were bigger than bragging rights these days. Oh and United fans are desperate for us to lose to Inter, absolutely desperate.
 
Some incredible posts on here post-match. Pretty much a 2nd XI loses a meaningless game. And people question our 'momentum'? Fuck the result, the most important thing was no injuries.

Listen......if you don't think our starting XI won't be anything other than 100% focused and wound up ready to go in both the FA Cup and CL finals then you are seriously deluded. These guys (and Pep) know what is required. Just let them get on with it FFS. Bigger the game, bigger the performance this season.
