Can't believe Haaland didn't get a 3rd.. damn unlucky!

1st game after an international break.. jitters showing early but what was most worrying was Brentford were running around like rabbits and deer in a park and our midfield looked slow.. especially Gundogan. :(

Haaland got those 2 goals, 1st which came from nothing and 2nd from Eddie.. really good takes.

Very telling we had no energy since Pep made changes at half time and grinded out the win.

Brentford are no joke.. they're a solid team.. and those 3 points maybe huge later on.

Worst first half since I don't remember when. The only reason for that is Stones and Walker, who played in a counter rhythm, and were more useful to the opposing team than to us, if we had had a team from the second half from the beginning, we wouldn't have had these problems. There was a lack of composure in the end, Savinho is a great talent , but today he made some crazy decisions

Brentford played really well. Congrats to them. Haaland and Ederson were amazing. Savinho showing (once again) that he will ve a great asset, KDB with some great passing, and Rodri and Gvardiol putting tve match in order once they got subbed in.

Leaders, and Foden hasn't even played. What a team.
 
It was mega stressful though. Really got to get the defence tightened up and stop conceding stupid early goals. Need to really improve that for Europe.

On a very positive note our GD is +8, Dips is +6.

Bring on the Arse.
