Awful performance, akanji really struggled with Toney prob not used to playing against a physical striker like that.
Really missing Walker and stones is no rb. He offers nothing offensively.

haaland didn’t seem up for the game for some reason. Think we are a better side defensively without him with the false 9 system. Don’t know why we where trying to find him so early either

And, though I hate it, this enforced break may be coming at a not inopportune time for the team. Step away from the league campaign for a period, concentrate on your national teams, and come back refreshed and raring to go. Also, we're a second half of the season team under Pep. I'm still optimistic about the season ahead.Very underwhelming display, even allowing for the display from the officials. And it's just the latest in quite a string of disappointing performances (in the PL, at least). When was the last decent 90 minute performance; Saints, maybe?
