Kiddo lives not far from my grandson and is very much respected by everyone.

Is he in Alkrington? I went for a walk in the woods there today and I said to my wife I thought he lives round there. He goes in our local Italian a lot which is why I mentioned it to her.

Kiddo's aunty was a dinner lady at our school - She was a big Blue and was disappointed that he played for united.

I met him a few years ago and had a good chat about his aunty - He said she was from the Blue side of the family, and always used to pull his leg about being a red.

He's a proper Mancunian legend - A decent hard-working bloke who has no 'airs' about him, just one of the lads.
