For Mancs in the know .... re Kidds accent. I’m Harpurhey...... but I think Kidd’s is Collyhurst/Ardwick. ?

I think that is Moston but could be almost Harpurhey

Well.... haha. I was about 9 years old riding my bike on Lightbowne Road in Moston on a Sunday afternoon when my chain came off and got tangled around the peddle. I was stuck so far from home (around the corner on Moston Lane) and didn't know what to do when along came this smartly suited man with a perm. I said.."excuse me, mister...are you Brian Kidd and will you fix my bike?" To which he replied; ""what do you think?" and "for fucks sake..." and "fucking hell...my hands are covered in oil now"..."shit...so is my nice new suit". But he fixed it!! Brian Kidd. Cycle Repairs.Can’t just leave it there! Explain the circumstances.
I don't know what he was doing on Lightbowne Road that day. Apart from fixing bikes. In fact...it might not of been him.
