Re: Well done Brian Marwood.
BlueMoon can resemble a bunch of teenagers hangin' with intent; noisy,
aggressive and looking for a victim. It's the nature of the beast.
No-one in football wants the circus that is the last day of the transfer window, but given the sums involved, the media quite willing to splash agent's vested propaganda to raise fees, wages etc., the whole thing is chaotic but unavoidable as long as there are deadlines to meet. Add in shocks when a deal falls through, or comes out of the blue, a contingency plan is essential. We appear to have had one,
The media have reduced our situation to Mancini versus Marwood but it was never so polarised, the club have a committee to control leavings and goings, including Kaldoon, who is never mentioned in forum debates but holds the keys to the safe.
Our new CEO will be in a position to judge whether B Marwood is the very best at his job or if there are better out there (likely, imo).
Still early days in the Sheik's project for world domination, but we are constantly improving as a club and a squad, despite missing some 'impossible' transfers.
