Brighton (A) | Post-Match Thread

Fuckin Potter! More like Voldemort, snidey ****.

WBA Sunday shafted

Fulham tonight shafted

City tonight shafted.

VAR and PGMOL can fuck right off. If the Rags and the Dippers aren't good enough its just too fuckin bad. Don't try and manipulate the results.

Integrity of the League, biggest crock of shite sentence that gets banded about these days but never used when its helping those 2 set of cunts and at our expense.

Can someone point me to the rule that you can’t commit a dangerous tackle if you’ve got a bent leg ? Or the rule that connecting with a players ankle before the ball is not a penalty?
Rule no 1 - Any player may injure a Manchester City player without repercussions, the referee will always look the other way.
Rule no 2 - if any Manchester City player touches you, it's a foul, make sure you scream so the ref doesn't miss it.

The fans are back has been the narrative all day.
What better way than if Brighton beat the mercenaries.
Refs told to make a game of it. Hence the red card for us and not for them.
I think the things that people don't pick up on is that most of the time it's not the big decision that fuck you over. Its the constant little fouls that are not given when you are down to 10 men that kill you. Rather than have a free kick on the half way line where you can push out and get a breather you are chasing back out of position because the ref hasn't given the foul. They know this but because its not a big decision its never picked up
Yeah good points but when Mahrez doesnt really track back or make a tackle then we are down to 9 men ( 8 out fielders) which allows then to come on to us

watch the second half again
early on we had a throw in deep into their half
the flag went up straight away as soon as silva got the ball
i couldnt see any contact between silva or the defender so it must have been a foul
maybe i have to watch it again if i can be arsed
Linescunt claimed it was a foul but the replay showed he Silva didn't touch him.

VAR was brought in to correct referees decisions. It has failed in its single most important aspect. Not just for this game or for this club. It's failing every team. I have seen leg breaking tackles happen without VAR doing anything about it, goals and penalty claims that have been denied (Not even a subjective decision). Its ruining the game with its clinical examination and then random decisions.

I felt the elation of the ref and VAR not giving a goal against us for Dortmund but that is far outweighed by the clearly wrong decisions that are being made even after 7 people have looked at it.

BT have just forensically analysed the sending off and concluded it was a definite sending off.

I fail to see just which bit of Cancelo caused Wellbeck to go sprawling. If anything, Wellbeck barges Cancelo.

if anything wellbeck fouls cancelo when he put his arm around cancelo shoulder and drags him down
then the foul on gundogan was a red without VAR ? over the top and above the knee stoods up and late what more does it take to send a player off. then clearly a pen at the end on jesus ? if ake is a pen the other day then this is stone wall ? also the black eye rodri was sporting was from a newcastle player elbow in the box VAR shows it and clear pen NOPE carry on

for me the premier league officials are showing uefa officials how to play us in the champions league final
and we all know who got the match in refereeing the game Mateu Lahoz who hates pep

remember this

Be fair. They said it looked like he took him out, but then VAR said it was not a pen, so he hadn't.
The lady commentator was refreshing as she called all the incidents as they were. Didn’t comment on the ref’s mangling of them, but she commentators on what she and us saw clearly
