Wouldn't be against Jesus starting with Serg, would be amazed if Leroy starts in our last two matches even though I've included him to start on Sunday.I have seen enough from Jesus to think he might have more joy getting behind a tightly-packed Brighton defence than Leroy from the start, coming in from the left hand side?
He presses better than anyone else in our team and our success will come only if we don't let them breathe and they keep hammering it clear.

Sane nowhere near the starting 11 please Pep! Should of been dragged off within 10mins of coming on last night, most frustrating player in our team!
He’s allowing all this move talk to mess with his head. Age and possible bad advice a factor me thinks

I have been holding off making the statement, as I wanted to gather evidence for it, but I am slowly developing the belief that Jesus is actually a world class centre forward / winger in the waiting, rather than an out-and-out striker. It was a battling performance from Brighton, who set up rigidly to contain their omnipotent opponents. Jesus’s early goal did not see them waver from their defensive game plan. Indeed, Manchester City could hardly have been accused of missing any sitters. They were limited to few openings throughout the match.
