First, and last post, from a Brighton supporter.

Some interesting comments on your threads. And on ours too.

I’d like to make a couple of personal points if you will bear with me.

· We’re a small, enthusiastic, proud, club, not without our problems – which commentators on every televised game repeat endlessly. However the following is dedicated and loyal, and football-loving.

· It is a relief for us to be still in the PL. It was done by playing tedious defensive football. For God’s sake we are well aware of that. But it got the job done. When safe we played differently – at Arsenal 1-1. The players have alluded to this and sort of apologised for it, implying they want to make it up to us. So I’m hoping for more of a match but in no way optimistic of winning or even coming close. I’m not sure why you are all so nervous, but then that is easy for me to say. And we went through it last week,

· There will undoubtedly be lots of City fans dotted around the relatively small stadium. Anyone with the persistence and skill to get a ticket deserves it and shows true loyalty – so I welcome that and won’t be upset about it. I’d rather sit next to a true (friendly) opposing supporter than a selfie-taking tourist who doesn’t know the difference between a corner flag and a ballboy (ballgirl).

· The stewards are somewhat anal, they are to us (from personal experience) so will be to you. Good luck to you, but you might like to keep shirts hidden until the end.

· Bruno is retiring and this will be his last game after 200 games, so the after match lap is going to be important and emotional to us. He may say goodbye to each of us personally – it’s that sort of club, please bear with it if you can, and I for one will stay for your trophy. Haven’t seen it before and am unlikely to see it in the future.

See you tomorrow.

Just occurred to me that the cornerstone of the Wolves defence (and current captain) is one Conor Coady, born in Liverpool, played for Liverpool and dipper fan to boot.
Don’t suppose the dippers may be getting the odd helping hand there....
They will also be diving for britain, salad and mane are about the worst in the league for that, what usually happens is milner comes on and lo and behold they then get a pen for him to take, the officials could decide both games, their "luck" will continue i'm certain of it,they wil win their game but i trust our boys to win and to do it without cheating

I think it’s come to the time to stop worrying about what Liverpool do.

Hope you get to see the trophy being lifted tomorrow

Hope for my arses sake also

I just can't fucking shake my typical City tendencies. I hate this. Every fucking newspaper, radio station and TV channel want Liverpool to win. I'm sick of hearing parallels with this week's CL game - fucking ludicrous but I'm now thinking about them. Roll on this time tomorrow when I can relax, or get stuck into a bottle of Indian single malt.....

For those lucky enough to be at the game tomorrow,
Please can you sing in your loudest voices,

You were top
You were top
You were top on Christmas Day.

Obviously when we’re 0-3 up!

Stop bloody reading and listening football related stuff then! At least until 5pm tomorrow. I have, and am feeling much better for it, focusing on other stuff

Try Netflix

Or watch All or nothing again

Had a ticket but unfortunately got priced out by a silly amount of money . Absolutely gutted. If anyone else has a spare for a fair amount, let us know

Certain to give a penalty away if its not going well

I was nervous as fuck and shitting this morning.
Went to the booze this afternoon, confident we'll fucking piss is now.
Thank god for beer
But tomorrow. The hangover. And the FEAR kicks in.......

I prefer a 6 mile trail run on Sunday morning to burn the nervous energy.

Unfortunately, I too succumbed to the beer and feel confident now. Tomorrow I face the FEAR.

COME ON CITY !!

Just noticed something very funny about this video for the first time.

At 1.30, there’s a family of reds urging QPR to hold on. Dad shouts come on United and slightly our of view we hear his young son (5 or 6 yrs old, I guess) urge United on. At 2.30 we are back in the red’s house. Aguero has just scored and Mum and Dad have their heads in their hands and are full of anguish. Just then, streaming across the living room carpet is the young son, big smile on his face as he whirls his t-shirt around his head “Aguero-Style”.

At that moment, we see the rebirth of young blue. Born into a red household and yet, despite the malign influence of his parents he knew the true path to justice and victory.

It’s Luke and Darth Vader in real life.

Love it!
