Nah I am not in that doomsday place you seem to be. There's lots to look forward to imo, I dont understand the doom and gloom. Especially since this season has already gone.

The new players we have bought, Rodri back, maybe a replacement for Kevin and we are back on track imo but I tend not to flap lately.

Is Pep going to reinvent football again, is he capable of it, I don’t know, the playing from the back everyone does now but they also seem to be able to play on the break, which we don’t do because we don’t transition fast enough. Doku and Savinho aren’t ball retaining midfielders which we’ve had in previous years, so will Pep change this style? We certainly have a front four capable of ripping people apart on the break but that would mean nit having a highline and flooding midfield. I can’t see what he is going g to do next season and will they have time to train it because the club World Cup will get in the way unless he trails an new system there.

1. Tourists are quiet, some regulars sat near me 101, were offering abuse to City players after 1.44 minutes.
As I sad to them they can say what they want, but I told them what i thought.
2 We will never have a singing section or atmosphere when people arrive at their seats at 1minute before kick off. It does not matter how the seating or standing is organised. Atmospheres do not happen in a second. They need to build. The South Stand Massiff came into the seats at 2.58 pm.

No I am not worried. Not yet anyway. We've played for years without certain roles filled. We won a title without a striker. For me it's the players understanding the system that needs to happen. That won't happen in two months.

We've had an horrendous year for injuries, we are being in a new spine of the team. That isn't seemless is it. It needs time surely.

No sentiment in football. He’s done nothing yet to earn the hot seat of City, unless relegating a club is an achievement these days.

You don’t go from Pep, arguably the best ever, to someone completely unproven.

Absolutely no chance we are getting a champions league place - we haven’t beaten a decent team all season and look a complete mess. Bounemouth Villa Brighton far better than us.

I saw an article claiming that our under 21's were trialling a radical new tactic where the keeper pushes up into the opposition half.
Thought it was a few weeks early (April Fools Day) but who knows with Pep?

Exactly ! How many of the starting 11 yesterday would you say would be a regular starters in a champions league winning team ( if we were to get back to that standard ) - my guess would be one.

Look at who scored the goals in 21/2. KbD 15, Sterling 13, Mahrez 11, Foden 9, Gundogan 8, Bernardo 8. Now we have wingers who cannot score and are reliant on mid-fielders who also contribute no goals
