That first half we played against Forest was the best we played for sometime, unfortunately Rodri got sent off and we lost the next three games he was suspended, so I’m expecting a fully rested Rodri masterclass.

Expect much more cuntery displayed by the likes of fucking no narks like Gibbs White on Rodri. I have no doubt it was deliberate bating. You can bet every team will try and get a nibble out of him now he's shown some weakness in attitude.

Our achilles heel has been well and truly revealed, as most if us knew beforehand or at least suspected. Now there can be no doubt. 3 games without him, 3 defeats.

Its difficult to get anyone to do his role as he's so fucking good at it. Calvin's clearly not the answer and neither is Kovacic. At least he's had a nice rest period with a couple of internationals to keep him match sharp. Peps going to have to work some magic with a sprinkle of stardust on someone next time he's unavailable.

Next few games are pivotal to our season to stay right up there and be poised to strike out when we eventually hit our straps. We need a return to winning ways and right now.

Ederson

Walker
Akanji
Stones
Gvaridol

Rodri
Bernardo
Nunes

Doku
Alvarez
Haaland

I think we'll get back on track on Saturday, Brighton are a very good side and it will be a tough game although I think we will have too much for them. Hopefully it's the same Brighton that turned up against Aston Villa a few weeks back!

They've conceded alot of goals in their previous games so hopefully it's a chance to fill our boots and Haaland bags a few.

Ruben?

Referee: Rob Jones.
Assistants: Ian Hussin, Steve Meredith.
Fourth official: Jeremy Simpson.
VAR: Michael Salisbury. Assistant VAR: Tim Wood.

Had Jones vs N'castle at home, 1-0 win.
Thought he was poor, gladly forgot any details.

Salisbury was the VAR official in April when Attwell missed a trip on Mitoma in the box at spurs. However, Salisbury failed to question Attwell’s on-field decision.

I've said a few weeks ago I reckon Dias needs to be left out of the starting line up, He's a shadow of himself so far this season he looks way off his usual high standards.

Constantly giving the ball away, Playing players onside ect he just doesn't look himself this season.ill the 2 defeats we only shipped 3 goals. Diaz is a leader
Until the recent defeats we were on a 6 game unbeaten run and only shipped in 3. Problem might be he's having to cope with a new partner every week. Looking forward to seeing him and Johnny back.

Whilst the stats do show with Rodri out we lost games. What we cannot say, is had he played those games, we would have won.

Imo, we are not dependent on one man, and never have been.

Will Doku be in the right frame of mind after the Brussels shootings?

I think this is too many new people at once - especially on the left. Assuming everyone comes back fit, I think he’ll avoid 3 new signings amongst the starters.

Kova played both international games and Nunes is fresh so I do think we will see him.

Ederson, Gvardiol, Dias, Stones, Walker, Rodri, Kova, Foden, Bernardo, Haaland and Grealish would be my team for this game. Foden as the cam ahead of Rodri and Kova and Bernardo and Grealish on the wings for ball retention.

Be great to see Gvardiol play at centre half, you know his accustomed position

You're right, we were unlucky to lose both those league games and the opposition certainly did not deserve to win them. They both were extremely lucky to beat us.

Wolves down to 10 at 1 - 1

Arse conceding early or some of those "missed" incidents being pulled up and dealt with as they seem to be against us!

The results could have been different.

Just seems like 2 flukey losses to me.

I haven’t yet found anywhere to park that is quicker, tried a few places but the time to walk to them , the still getting stuck in the traffic non were quicker than the car parks.
Last time we drove back to Scotland we stayed and got a drink for an hour and ended up only about 20 minutes later home than when we try and leave straight after.
I drive from Scotland and can agree with this. We use the green car park. We have found varying experiences - best was 25 minutes onto the M60, worst nearly an hour. Still, you are warm and comfortable and you cant say that for the Trams.
