We are also bound by PSR, our long term targets if led to believe, muisala, wirtz , frimpong etc were never available in the summer unles we broke the bank and risked sanctions and others like Neves were buy or lose out and he was never coming as well as others as they were not gonna start over people like rodri and Kevin and would go to a club they were starters

Bobb, Savinho, McAtee and O'Rielly eased in plus Lewis, Nunes and Gvardial with a season behind them seemed adequate to see us to next year.

I ain't pissed off we never bought loads in the summer and have not heard any other blue I know say that, bar the obvious Rodri cover.

Many I talk to are pissed off we are not adjusting accordingly, we cannot play a high line with the current injuries and not giving the young ones a chance and nnoyed at the experienced players still fit not performing to their usual standards.
For me we needed to move one or two on definitely Walker and Probably Kev. I was not convinced that bringing back Mr.Whippy was a good idea but am prepared to wait a few more months before passing judgement on that. Clearly these are things which will be resolved later but I would have thought it best to settle them sooner. We are not in a great place currently but I wouldn't rule out a title challenge just yet, but ask me again at 7.30 tonight.

Early on in games Brighton are susceptible to the press. They make mistakes at the back. Could be an early goal for us. They also play with a high line. Maybe Kev can find Haaland on the break.

When spurs beat us in the champions league in 17-18 he started 17 year old foden 3 days later against spurs in the league (he scored).

When our season looked to be stuttering around January in the treble season with squad harmony issues he airdropped Rico Lewis I to the side out of no where which reignited some fire.

Pep has said in the past that when we have needed some fire in us he has used a young hungry academy player to inject some energy.

Based on that, I think today is a good time to start wright or O'Reily. Based on injuries simpson-pusey may have to start, but putting one of the midfielders in next to kovacic adds some legs we otherwise don't have at the moment.
Pusey needs to tighten up a bit but tbf it was his first time.
