Bruno Guimaraes

He had a very good game against the Rags tonight. Controlled the midfield during the match. He’s definitely a January signing to consider. Newcastle need transfer money due to PSR.

what positions do Newcastle need to reinforce? They looked pretty good tonight and I'm not sure if this would be more important than keeping Guimaraes. He would be a very good signing for us if we could do it

I can’t see him coming in January when he’s their captain and we’re in a CL race with them, and I can’t see him coming in the Summer if they beat us to the CL.

Don't think we'll ever make another signing according to this forum. It appears as if there's a reason for every player to avoid us like the plague. Oh well, all that success was good whilst it lasted.

It’s weird isn’t it. I can’t imagine Real Madrid or Bayern fans think like that, why the hell do so many Blues still seem to belittle our own club?

They want to get right wingers different than current profile.

Tonali before he went to Newcastle was the real answer, didnt know he would end up a gambler back then though lol.

Quality player and probably at the right age profile for us given we've signed a lot of young talent. Bruno and Tonali are right up there when it comes to midfielders. Joelinton does a lot of dirty work but if Newcastle found someone with a bit more quality to partner with those two they'd have one hell of a midfield three.

Feel like Bruno’s window of opportunity to come might’ve passed. He’s an absolutely quality player mind.

Going to cost serious money, 27 and contract till 2028. I feel like the club won’t want to be spending the what it’ll take to get him out of Newcastle. He’s the right age (in his prime) but he’d command a similar fee to Baleba or someone of that ilk who could be City’s midfielder for the next decade.

Especially if Newcastle make CL

I'm sure they will need to sell him or Tonali if they don't get CL/European football next season
