Will need pace in the back line and athletic midfield to play that way. I'd like to see City play that way.

Yeah, i think Leicester's Vardy pass, i.e. blind and into a channel, will be used a ton against us. So speed is a must.

Alaba used get exposed, but he's so quick he'd catch up. Not sure Kola is quite at the same speed :-)

In fact Bayern dont do alot of traditional defending, but when teams do get a counter there are alot of 1v1's versus the defenders, same at barca, you rarely see them camped in and around their own box. Its always just inside their half with a lone striker 1v1 with Pique or Mascherano. Who arent gifeted with electric pace, so it shows i can be done without.

I expect a twitter message from Italy that the players' agent is on his way to Manchester as well telling City to make another 50 million offer, as that seems to be the norm with defenders.
