This guy is very knowledgeable and respected, has been a scout and sporting director for many big European clubs. If he's right, it'd probably be us trying to do a Chelsea. Buy, loan, maximize value, sell... unless he has a development boom and ends up good enough. Chelsea made a £10m profit on De Bruyne (5 league appearances) and their profit for Lukaku will be enormous.

I'm sure I saw a tweet by LC,stating,according to source..... the deal should go through next week.

Isn't the £3m off our 49m? If yes, then if he would be loaned out and not part of our squad next season maybe it is for the best we don't sign him yet. Time will tell.

We will sign him and if we dont we will lose a talent to other teams..
