Won't be round long.

We'll loan him out, increase his value and sell him for profit in 2 years.

That will be a shame if he is really good.

Re: Bruno Zuculini

my brother is unfortunately a lifelong dirty red (long story) but he knows his football like nobody else I know and he's just come back from spending 3 yrs living in argentina, going to 5-10 live football games a week (that's not a typo) and he speaks the lingo fluently including all the 'localisms'

he regularly rips the UK so called south american experts to shreds

am afraid he says this transfer has been rumoured in argentina all season but to quote him: 'absurd signing, nowhere near good enough, never will be'

doesn't mean he can't be wrong but his thoughts don't exactly inspire me

Well 1.5m is easily recoupable if that is indeed the reality.Perhaps longer term strategy may have been a consideration, strong relations with the club may be invaluable for future dealings.

as you say, at that price its no money by current standards so arguably not that important in footballing terms

I would be surprised if he ever did play for us, if he ends up being good enough for top 10 team in any of the big leagues then we can sell him on for a profit and that will go down in the books as positive.

I expect this to happen quite a few times over these next few years.

Don't know much about this guy, what type of midf is he? Any good?
Hard working central midfielder with a decent eye for goal. He scored a few last season for a bad team but never really stood out when I watched him.

Given Roz88's question, this is obviously the reply he sought.

Correct FantasyIreland, just wondered if anyone had seen him play(not YouTube) and what kind of player he is!

apparently he struggled to get in racings team this year and again to quote my brother who has seen him play, 'he's Bolton standard at best'............
