What are your hopes/expectations? Strongly rumoured to be favouring NI cut rather than tax which is unfortunate for the NI exempt pensioners.
 
I think they know they can't implement any vote winners so will just find a way of making them and their pals benefit for the next 6 months.

There will be a smokescreen of "popular measures" to cover it up.

AI is being promised as the magic bullet to cut down waiting lists and get rid of thousands of civil servants.
 
Hope: Complete reform of the tax bands from top to bottom - which currently make zero sense. Landmark investments into infrastructure and public services.

Expectation: 0.5% off NI - probably worth something like £10 a month to the average earner - but messaged like the Tory's have just accomplished a feat akin to solving world hunger. Real-terms cuts to public services inaccurately communicated as "record spending".

You know... the shame shit we've had for 14 years.
