I'M on £46 a month electric fixed until October this year with EDF, gas I pay quarterly dread that bill coming in. Sad part is as part of the great green campaign we seem to have stopped exploiting our own resources yet give our money to the continent, there must be some logic in it I suppose.

Was with Shell energy a couple of years ago who were ok for a few months until they started ripping me off so I got rid and went over to Pure Planet.
Planet then went bust like you do and lo and befucking hold I’m now back with the robbing bastards that are Shell energy ffs!

£150 ish a month I’ve been paying for dual fuel with these women in this house don’t know how to switch anything off!

I found a 4 plug extension full to capacity with all kinds of nonsense plugged in and if that wasn’t bad enough, there was another extension attached to the original hid under the bed , must be for emergencies!

i have now purchased TCP Smart plugs and bulbs which I can set timers and control through Phone.
I take great delight shouting
“Lights out” at 11pm every evening just before the timer kicks in!

These two are happy though.

Strangely enough very little of our gas comes from Russia the EU on the other hand relay heavily on them, of course if they we're to cut off supplies then it would be a bidding war for gas so prices would leap again, such is the folly of not exploiting the resources in our country.

I am worried about this. Mine has gone up significantly already and come April it looks like everyone's will double. Plus NI goes up then too.
Boris will be all too glad to go when all this kicks in.
Those who are mortgaged up to the tits will feel it badly and how low income families wil manage is anyone's guess.
Bad times ahead. If energy prices globally stabilise or drop eventually, you can be sure customer prices and DDs never will.

I am on British Gas price cap currently and pay £160 a month at the moment.
