Is there a popular (and free) fantasy football website for the bundesliga that anyone uses?

I am no expert in those manager games, but the one run by the official Kicker magazine seems to be pretty popular:

http://www.kicker.de/games/interactive/startseite/gamesstartseite.html

Unfortunately its only available in German from what I could see.

VFL Osnabrück was 1-0 up against Rattenball Leipzig and then some idiot threw something from the stands and managed to hit the ref, which caused the match to get abandoned. :(

Did his team a big favor I guess...

Germany seems to have a few fan problems at the moment reading this thread....Chemnitz hunting down Schalke fans.....Duisburg doing same with Dortmund.......Frankfurt fighting with Leeds fans.

Actually I wouldnt call it problems. Its not like it is dramatically increasing in the last couple of years....its usually just the Ultras/Hools having a go at each other and it has been like that forever.

Stealing banners, provoking each other, putting up graffitis in opponents towns/crossing their graffitis etc.

During the cup the fans from lower league teams have a chance to compete with the bigger scenes from the upper leagues, so the provoking might be a bit over the top.

For those in and around Manchester, the Manchester Football Writers Festival (apparently its a real thing) is coming up.

Just got tickets to go to the evening with Rafa Honigstein and Ronald Reng - author of the Robert Enke biography, discussing all things German football - more info here.

I like Honigstein on the BT European football show and try and read his articles in the Guardian, so it sounds like a decent way to fill a Wednesday evening when there's no football on.

Honigstein sees the world through yellow glasses.

He comes across fairly unbiased in the British media in my opinion. He was fairly critical of Schalke at times last season, but it was deserved at times. I'm thinking of the Köln away defeat for example.

He was even more critical of Dortmund throughout the first half of the season.

Maybe I'd have a different opinion if I was able to read the articles he writes in the German media.
