Great news that Reus decided to stay. It's a great sign of loyalty, ..

Its a great sign for BXB paying a lot of money and perhaps a driver license too.

He still has to take the test by himself - but you never know...

You can see that thing from many sides. I liked this Härringer comic about it...

You can see the story from different perspectives... Oh, yes, he is loyal and feels real love... Or he just did not get good offers from the clubs he wanted to go to... or he does not have the balls to start somewhere in distance.
Or not. He is just loyal and wants to do something with his home club. It's not like he has not been a success elsewhere. I guess the Kroos must be the only Bayern player with the balls to start somewhere in the distance. Schweinsteiger, Muller, Lahm etc just lack balls. The same goes for Ribery when he decided to stay at Bayern he just lacked balls.

As for money it's very apparent that at the very least PSG and United were prepared to pay him a fortune. With the reaction to Bale it seems like Madrid would have been very keen as well.

Anyway we will see how Dortmund do later on.

There also is no guarantee he stays, if BvB were to get a €40m+ bid I doubt they wouldn't consider it.

Even then it would be a lot more than they would have got without the contract and at least he made sure they got more money back.

Another important win for Dortmund they looked nervous today and when Kampl went off they stopped playing some good football. The defence was nervous too and they made sloppy mistakes to give away the goal. Arguably Sahin should have been sent off if it was a pen. Gundogan tried things and made mistakes but he controlled the game well. Aubemayang is by far their best striker and he scores enough. Kagawa is not really a great no 10, but he is at least a 10 and he got a couple of assist. Mkhitaryan was horrible. He has completely lost his confidence now and would have been best for him to go in January. The same for Immobile and Jojic. At least Klopp has finally come to his senses.

Will be interesting how things go on Tuesday. They need to win their next two games to get their confidence back.

Any Schalke fans know if Felix Plater will be playing at the Mini Etihad on Tuesday?
Don´t think so. He is part of the Bundesliga team as long as Huntelaar is out.

Dortmund was poor today, but VFB Stuttgart is in free fall. Their first relegation since 1975 is near. Not that i miss the noodle munchers
