Great start for Eintracht, they are one of our partner clubs but looks like they have a good enough squad without needing any of our fringe players/youths on loan now so not sure how much the partnership will be used... which is sad as I would like to see some of our young players loaned to the Bundesliga or 2. Bundesliga.

We had indeed a great start, even writing history as the first team that got promoted and wins the first 4 matches in a row. Never happened before in Bundesliga history. Besides that it was even the best season start for my club ever...

Anyway we might be top at the moment, however every point we gain is a point against relegation.

Our team certainly has some talent this time around and we play some nice attacking/posession football (bit similar to what Swansea did last season), but the depth of our roster is not able to compensate bans or injuries.

We lost our main striker and our captain yesterday, still won, however I am a bit afraid that we will run out of steam sooner or later simply because our depth is not enough.

So if you are willing to send Balo or Kun on a loan I am not saying no! ;)

Jokes aside I am enjoying the football we play at the moment and we have some promising youngesters with Sebastian Rode, Takashi Inui (great goal by him again today) and Bastian Oczipka.

Enjoying it while it lasts! ;)

Negative sideeffect was that some of our fans became a bit too enthusiastic and a silly amount of flares was burned right before the match started.

Means we will have to pay another huge fine while we are not exactly a wealthy club. :( Other than that it will again open the discussion on the removal of safe standing.

they have it on their scarves, too

Schalke 0 - Bayern 2 att. 61,673 sold out
x - Kroos, Müller
Schalke wasn´t there at all

VfL Wolfsburg 1 - Greuther Fürth 1 att. 25, 552
Olic - Pogatetz (own goal)
Wolfsburg far from being more than a midfield team

Fortuna Düsseldorf 0 - SC Freiburg 0 28, 682
Düsseldorf´s goal diffrence after 4 matches: 2-0

Hamburger SV 3 - Borussia Dortmund 2 att 57,000 sold out
Son (2), Ilecevic - Perisic 2
First Dortmund defeat after 31 matches

Mainz 2 - Augsburg 0 att 28,463
Ivanschitz, Szalai
Seems that the" Puppet Box" leaves the Bundesliga as silent as they came last season

No trouble with that banner....even though I considered it a bit borderline myself.

Intention behind the banner was purely support related. Lots of "foreigners" in Ultras Frankfurt as well, so definitely not meant in a facist way.

Eintracht frankfurt fanscene is more left than right winged in the end...

Saw the Bayern game, Schalke were not very good, but Bayern were pretty impressive. Boateng had his defensive lapses and on another day could have been costly. Kroos was easily man of the match for me. He has come on leaps and bounds since his gutless performances at the end of last year. Robben seems to understand that being selfish is not good for the team. Muller was not having the best of games, but the guy is a footballing genius. Got an assist and scored a fantastic goal. You look at the Bayern squad and there is not a single player they would really miss. Says it all about the depth and quality in the squad.

Oh, I miss Alaba right now. Badstuber is a lot better in the middle than as a full back and both Dante and Boateng have their lapses. At Boateng it is probably the age and Dante still has to adjust. But he started running again so it will not take too long until he comes back - and Contento will be back even sooner. Gomez still needs a while - but actually he is not really missed that much.

Müller was his usual self today. Let him have a day that he really sees as a used day - and he will always do something like this. Let him have controlled matches like Wednesday where he does only intelligent things, does no wrong passes, but does not shine as they already lead 1:0 or 2:0 when he came in and he did not have to take risks - but there is days like today, too.

Against Stuttgart he underestimated the curve of the ball and like this Harnik came to the ball and shot the 0:1. That made him really mad on himself and he shoot the 1:1 and later on another goal and two assists.

Today everybody already wanted to put him off the field after he had a very silent match in the first half and in minute 51. just stepped over the ball when he wanted to shoot and in minute 53. had some similar scene on the left side in which he just could not control a ball and let it go out. He told later that he just felt like playing in a regional league and even there he should have been ashamed for that - but luckily his fellow players still played the ball to him. (you miss a lot on him if you do not hear his interviews, he is someone very intelligent, always with a lot humour especially about himself and very down to earth - so Dortmund fans and Schalke fans do not really like him ;) )

minute 53. he jumped a lot higher than the defender and his head ball missed the goal just some centimetres.

minute 54. he made the assist for Toni Kroos

minute 56 or 57 he got a ball on the right corner, tunnelled Fuchs the defender, got Draxler off his side and shot somehow through two defenders and the goalkeeper from the side into the goal...

He is on 4 goals and 4 assists in 4 Bundesliga matches now and leads both the goal scorer and the scorerpoints table. Seems to get a good year for him.

Jogi Loew was in the stadium. I hope he knows now what his biggest mistake in the match against Italia was...

Alaba looks like some player. Yeh the team is a lot better with him, because as you said Badstubber is your best defender.

Iam not sure Boateng will improve. His mistakes are also due to being scared of committing to the challenge.

As for Muller he is the player I like most in the world. He has the mentality of Drogba/Etoo, though he is still young. When it is a big game he knows to make it count. I had a bet on him to score in the CL final. He is a winner pure and simple and when it matters he will be there.

Loew was very disappointing for me when it mattered most ie against Spain and Italy at the last two perspective tournaments. Germany are good enough to go and pay their game. At least in the world cup Muller was unfairly suspended due to the handball Messi handled first. However, at the Euro's he should have started with Muller and Reus. Kroos is the opposite of Muller or was. In the big games has not got the character, but that might change. This year he looks like he has got his act together. Will see when the really big games come around though/
