Overall i think we did well through the fesive peeiod with so many games, injuries n fatigue.

I posted earlier, that, at the end of the day these young men are human, okay they are well rewarded, but the amount of games, injuries, pressure eventually takes it toll. We have no midweek game, so pep has chance to introduce Laporte to his methods. Onwards an upwards guys :-)

Yes Everton are terrible and Mangala looks like a rabbit in headlights. But they are playing well.

Why are you turning that into me saying anything negative. The final is definitely a harder match now than it was 3 or 4 weeks ago because of them being better and we having lots of unfortunate injuries.

We still should win. But it is not going to be a cake walk.

Not everything anyone says is anti City. Sometimes it is just a truthful reflection.

We utterly dominated for 70mins, played some sublime stuff, beautiful passing but we just didn’t find the final killer touch. Plenty of efforts that just seemed to find the wrong man at the wrong time, and we could and should have been out of sight by 70th min. Then we looked a bit leggy and Burnley got back in to the game. They’ll argue, correctly, that Ederson made 2 world class saves and therefore deserve their point. I disagree, but I can understand their case, we’d have made the same years ago. we’ve been unfortunate today, that’s all. Nobody played badly, everybody had a good game, and with a touch better finishing we’d have waltzed it.

We’re clearly physically and mentally exhausted, we made a few sloppy passes, made a few poor decisions in possession and switched off occasionally but to say we were “arrogant and unprofessional” is just the biggest loads of bollocks.

We were always going to draw some games so it's not a biggy so keep things in perspective. We still need 6 wins 3 draws to get to 90 points which will be enough to win the league. I suspect 87 will do it though

Pretty fundamental thing for a professional footballer don't you think?

Yes but also drew at United and won at Cheslsea when we beat them twice.

You can look at all things in a good and bad way. Sometimes just take the positives.

We clearly should have won yet but for a world class save by Ederson could also have lost.

Every player in their career misses goals like that. Football is not played by robots.
