The psychology involved makes no sense as a fan, I'm sure many agree that if we drop points today, i/we think the dippers WILL win the last two games because they know if they do they are champions , so why do i/we think our team may drop points because they also are in the same position, maybe typical city will always be sewn into our DNA :) .

When has the psychological state of a fan ever made sense?

If Fern is missing, we need to make sure someone is alive at our front post when it comes to set pieces and corners.

Never ceases to amaze me how Fern is always heading it clear.

If we have the right tempo, it will make things a lot easier.

Our troubles come when we slow it down a little too much as teams sit in.

Which is where Kev makes such a difference delivering balls between the lines and also at pace.

It's a reason why I wouldn't be overly concerned to see Foden start.

He receives the ball so well with his back to the play and is always looking for the return.

A goal threat from the edge of the penalty area.

Otto needs to start today, Pep seems to put him in against big physical frontlines.

For what its worth I think we will twat these today, we have the experience to see this season out. 3 mid to lower half teams to play, all of who should be safe by the time we play them.

I really wish I was you bro', C'MON CITY!
I was nervous before the palace and spurs games. But I saw City play great team football with determination to win, and I came to terms with the fact that there is nothing I can do about their performances on the pitch, I can't even vocally support them from the stands regularly. So why worry too much about things I can't do anything about?
Best bet is to trust the system and pep. The lad knows what he is doing.
I know every other team (and fan) in English football would prefer to be in our position right now, and that includes liverpool and their rabid fan base.

Leicester may well be playing for a place in Europe so we can expect that to be a tricky fixture.

Hahahahaha what will be will be lads and lasses,if we play our normal game we should win, what concerns me is if we do go ahead we have a tendency to drop off giving the opposition a glimmer of getting back into the game,we need to just go at it from the off and get the win at all costs..

Is anyone actually enjoying this? For me this is torture. Far worse than when we were in relegation battles. Mainly because I fucking hate the phlegm spitting, Italian murdering, bus wrecking grief monkeys. Couldn’t stand it if they won the league

I think this is what makes me even more nervous. Say if the team in the title chase with us was Chelsea, I’d be nervous, but I’d eventually get over losing the title to them in a few weeks. If Liverpool win the league, I would feel shite for months.
