Do we even have to play in a 4-3-3?

Ederson
Walker Stones Otamendi Mendy
Rodri Fernandinho
Bernardo De Bruyne Jesus
Sterling

100% it makes so much sense & a team / format we should be using

We need to avoid giving set pieces away , any corners of free kicks coming into our area will be a worry , we need to win this or we will be handing our title over to the Dippers by Xmas at this rate , would take any win , 1-0 in the 97th minute and the winner off a Burnley defenders back side will do , the result is everything .Playing pretty football from side to side and 75% possession isnt working at the moment , we have to get the speed and intensity back into our game , and Pep is the man to do it.

We'll fuckin smash the dingles on Tuesday.

I'm going for at least 3 or 4-1 with sterling running the show.

Fuck your draws and your softarses saying oh we'll get beat, find your balls and your backbone and get on it.

Oh and as a sidenote you can get Amazon prime for 99p for a week.

I Think when all is going wrong its easy to pick your stand out guys to be critical of Mendy Gundogan etc but when is Gabriel Jesus going to show he can at least show he is fit to lace the tired looking Aguero boots and how many absolute sitters has Sterling been guity of missing? Yesterdays was appalling and would have saved the three points finally Mahrez so excited to get him and yet he hasnt justified his fee SORRY i know were on a Burnley pre-match thread so although it hurts im gonna go for a home win based on our erratic defence unless of course Aymeric Laporte gives us an early xmas present!

Stick ferny back in his usual brilliant position and our CB's will not get bullied by anyone and that is a guarantee.

Sometimes the answer to the problem has been staring you in the face all along.

Pep has tried to be far too clever of late and its bit us on the arse.
Pep repeated last week that whilst rodders and gundy are fit dinho will not be moving back,he says he really likes him there

He is becoming stubborn (like mp) dinho and gundy are his blind spot,it's costing us,it's very stupid

I'd want us to try new things. Let's shake up some things for starters.

Ederson
Walker Rodri Otamendi Mendy
Fernandinho
De Bruyne Bernardo
Mahrez Sterling Jesus
*I seem to remember that Rodri did fine at CB before he got injured. No harm in trying him there because he uses his height and physicality, reads the game well and is calm. I know many wouldn't agree with me but I have little trust in Stones and I have not been silent about my criticism of him. Thankfully some are now coming to the realization that maybe he's not what we thought he would become.

*My eyes would be firmly on Mendy but I'll give him a chance for this one. Height is going to be very important here

*I wish Pep can listen to 90% of the fans and bring Fern back to the middle. We need him there so badly to stabilize the back

*In the same vein I wish Pep would allow Bernie play in CM. We need bundles of energy in the middle of the park and Bernie is the go-to man. Please lets not start Silva here.

*Just like with Mendy I'd be watching Mahrez too. Hopefully he would be his better self on the day.

*I seem to recall that Jesus won POTT at the south american nations cup playing on the right wing. Maybe ge could flourish there? His work rate is already fantastic but we need to have a re-think abiut his role in the team asap.

Rodri would get eaten alive by their CFs mate.

Hes far to nice.

Ron Atkinson,Mike Parry and Billy Smart? Weeere Doomed.
