For me its the opposite, it means he is in serious mood and usually we do really well when that is the case. In his first three seasons he used to be like this consistently and we did pretty well.

He was talking about what he has done bringing the kid over that was playing in russia , he is now with our youngsters and other support zinchy has been given to his fellow men

I’m glad Pep’s response to the question of the upcoming matches was simply Burnley. The fact that this comes first in an intense month means there’s danger that players will be looking ahead. Hopefully Pep won’t let that happen.

This will be a tricky game, I’d say their ground staff would love to emulate Palace’s surface all bumpy and uneven. They played well but got no reward against Liverpool but have had 2 weeks to prepare for this one. They can’t afford to write off any matches so they’ll scrap for everything tomorrow.

If we’re switched on and take our chances we’ll be fine but we’ll need to set the tempo early. We can’t allow them to grow into the match and make it feel like a cup tie. An early goal for us would be extremely useful.

I am ok with a Laporte and Ake partnership for Saturday, not our strongest pairing but they are more than capable of doing a decent job against Burnley.

Who plays right side. From memory neither have have played there.
