Aguero needs to be rested for this with our current striker situation, would like to see Nmecha get a chance, thought he did well in the last round and very confident with the penalty.

Think we'll see a weaker team in this than the semi.

One round from Wembley against five rounds. We'll look to the LC as a domestic cup priority, if we get past what will be a weakish Burnley and get a favourable draw in the fourth round than it'll be game on.

Need to win either of the cups along with the PL and a good shot at the CL to have a great season. Expecting a decent side although without some of the first team players.

Burnley are safe, and probably not going to crack the Top 6, so why on earth, on an open weekend set aside for teams to play their best teams, would they elect to come to City with a weak team KNOWING that City will probably have a weakened team AND teams like Burnley have had the best success against us (harry and scurry, trying to put us under pressure, score from breakaway or set piece)?

No, I think Burnley will see this game as an opportunity to get one over on us, gain confidence and a 4th Round spot in a tournament that just might get them into Europe. Not to be taken lightly, or it will be 3 competitions and our first domestic loss of the season. We’ve walk a razors edge to get to the Semi in the EFL Cup, and everyone takes the FA Cup more seriously than that.

I still think Burnley has a hail mary shot at top 6 with about half a season to go and no other competition to bother them. I think we should send a team that has a fair chance of winning even if they send their best. The fixture against the dippers is looming in a prelude to another congested month. I don't think it's worth it to send our big guns. The league and Europe have to be the priorities.

I also don't think the side I posted is weaker than our side who went against Leicester.

I have no doubt Burnley will play their strongest team thinking we won't.
The last thing we want is a chance of a replay, so we either play oir strongest secure the win and bring players off, or play a weakened team and risk going out or worse a draw and another game added to the numbers.

For me start with the team from last night(if all available), give them the first half hopefully taking a lead, then change it resting Kev, Ferdy 2nd half

I hope we can go far in the FA cup. To me its still a major trophy. Burnley are save and they will wanna go far in this competition. So I expect a strong line-up from both teams. Obviously Pep will rotate but not a lot. He never does really other than the odd exception.
I think Bravo deserves to be playing in the domestic cup competitions. It’ll be good for him to have back to back games. Otherwise the team will pick itself. Home advantage should see us through.

Forgot about replays.
OMG!

I can see Pep letting Silva go home for another week to be with his family, it would make sense, he can still field a strong team against Burnley, difficult game for us but very winnable whatever team Pep puts out...!
