When he was appointed Burnley manager my first thought was "Vinny, what have you done." Burnley were in a mess with their best players gone in a relegaion fire-sale and they probably couldn't have named a full team-sheet of experienced pro's. What a job he's gone and done. Should be an absolute shoe-in for manager of the year.

If he's got any sense, he should stay put for at least one more year. Even going to a, for instance, Brentford or a L***s is a huge step up from the Championship. He's still pretty new to management in England. He'll have plenty of time to manage at "big" clubs.

Totally agree. I think it will come down to what budget any club gives him. I could see him going to somewhere like West Ham. Just hope he doesn’t go to Spurs
