Very pleasing to see the team score more second half than first. Easy to be up 4-0 at half time then do nothing of note in the second half. Regardless of opposition it is almost impossible to score that many goals in a single match so pleased with the mentality.
Anyone claiming we were disrespectful for scoring 9 hasn't seen us play much. We were professional and neat and tidy but not quite playing at full speed. Plus it would be rather patronising to put slippers on half way through a game

Far from it being City that were disrespectful, I make Burton so, to their fans. The last 6 or 7 minutes of the game when we were going for 10 was some of the best football I have seen for quite a while from both sides, us pressing and them getting everything in the way to stop us. Thing is why did they not try so hard to not let the first 9 in.

Shame then they didn't do the same against Ipswich or forest, just gutted that we are on for another trophy and battered the oppositionApparently we were disrespectful to Burton and shown have stopped playing around 6/7 nil. According to rag cafe.

PEP (After the game) I wanted to congratulate (Burton) for getting to this stage in the competition. They deserve incredible credit. We don't have a lot of titles in our museum so every time we have the chance to be in final we have to take it and be hungry.
