Who gives a XXXX!

So the club set up by Bury fans has been admitted to the north west counties league in the 10th teir.

Bizzarely the Isle of Man has also been admitted yet they are in first division south playing the likes of Wythenshawe and Abbey hey while Bury AFC ar ein first division north playing AFC Blackpool and Darwen.

Some fun looking away games for them anyway and a tasty derby versus Prestwich Heys

Will these be classed as three-legged ties?

You mean like give Bury our old high class training facility rent free, just ask them to keep it clean and cut the grass now and again, even that they could not do.

I think this means they'll be playing Chadderton FC at Andrew Street

Played there myself loads of times. It's basically a bumpy ploughed field surrounded by a fence, with a tiny clubhouse and changing rooms behind one goal

Should be interesting

Where are they playing home games?

Also how are clubs in the NWCL expected to afford to fly / ferry to the IOM?
If you mean bury think they’re playing out at Radcliffe’s ground, Toronto Wolfpack caused problems in rugby league caused problems because teams like barrow had to fly out, these guys had to get days off from work to play

The phoenix club Bury AFC are planning to play at Radcliffe's ground (just round the corner for me so would catch a few games) but I don't know if the original Bury FC have found out their fate yet as they might get into the National League set up somewhere. Decision on that soon afaik.

Bury AFC will play at Radcliffe Boro, Bury FC are still owned by the asset stripper Steve Dale he has no interest in football. The fan base is split and can expect crowds of 1k plus for AFC. Whilst Dale is involved BFC are history. I've pencilled in Golcar FC and Squires Gate away .

Would it not be a bit daft to have the old bury and the new bury, surely this would split the fan base, either the old bury is disbanded and the new one is the only bury team or they forget the Bury AFC business and focus on the real bury

Dale is holding onto Gigg Lane with no staff , he's a criminal yet passed the Efl test . The Phoenix AFC looks to be the only hope. Not the best time to start a new club but will get my support for family reasons.
