I'd also hazard a guess that the OP of this thread wasn't there while the forest fans were singing 'your ground's too big for you', to which we quite rightly replied with the 'buy your club and burn it down' song, a perfect response IMO

The perfect response would have been for the team to actually beat a shite team who are a division lower than them.


It's seems the only thing we can 'win' at is having the biggest bank balance...big whoop.

Fully excused when other clubs supporters turn up and sing 'You've got no history' when we've won more league championships and FA cups then them, bigger support and stadium, participated in 100's more top flight matches and a superior head to head record.

It was funny to see the look on the Forest fans faces when we sang it. I think they found it quite amusing.

Not funny and personally hate this chant as makes us sound like those red scum.....I never chant it and would hope we can be more imaginative! But I think it suits that minority of supporters who love to chant m*****h songs, smoke in the bogs and want to fight anyone including other blues when then have had a few beers...I see them every week and always cringe! (I was there last season when we beat scum at swamp and was so proud of how we behaved, so there is hope!)
