Ah yes, thanks.
Ah yes, thanks.
For the first time, the Deloitte football money list has published womens details.More to the point is do they care about the team/ situation ?
So frustrating that a club as progressive as City is allowing this situation to continue.
Getting RM in consecutive seasons was "unfortunate" (or other) when you look who other teams got.You have to say with the turnover, the club is under performing in the league and also by getting knocked out in qualifying rounds in the CL for the last few seasons.
I don’t know what priority the Club give to the women's team, but I know what I see out on the pitch. Slow, boring, predictable football with a complete lack of intensity. Two wingers who should be doing much better, no midfield to speak of and a goalkeeper that flaps under pressure. The players should be doing much better so the problem must lie in the coaching.
Real one season and Atletico the next, or vice versa. Some of the teams that 'qualified' were no more than fodder. Just makes me wonder if there's a microwave employed in the women's game! For the first time, the Deloitte football money list has published womens details.
We are the 3rd highest turnover in the World yet we have sub standard management and cannot keep our best players.
The published 202122 figures have turnover:
1. Barcelona 6.8 Million
2. Rags 5.3
3. Us 4.5
4. PSG 3.2
5. Arsenal 1.9
6. Spurs 1.8
7. Chelsea 1,6
8. Bayurn 1.5

if they extend his contract that tells us they are not bothered with success for the womens team
Every time we play an under par game such as the last one v Villa the coach's explanation always seems to exonerate himself from any responsibility. Hemp, particularly is probably the best winger in the league. She can consistently beat the full back or full backs and then it fizzles out 'cos we are operating on the hundreds and thousands recipe of missing a chance but expecting another to roll up shortly. If we don't get some intensity injected into the team - the game at Leigh Sports Village will be an interesting one - the likes of Lauren Hemp might eye a move out. Yer right about the slow, predictable football - it's a gift to less talented teams who simply have to press, run around the pitch for ninety minutes and hope they catch a bit of poor defending at our end - which just about sums up the Villa game.I don’t know what priority the Club give to the women's team, but I know what I see out on the pitch.
