I dont hate him and I am not blaming him for yesterdays fuck up. But he is not worth 22 mill.

Can't see why some are in a panic at the moment we are 6th with a game in hand. Ok we are in a bad run but we are unbeaten in 3 games, it's a good sign for me to be in a bad run and still not losing games. there is only Chelsea out of the top 6 teams who have let in less goals and thats only 3 goals less.

Fair enough, but we can say that about any of our signings (except for Given) can't we? We are always going to pay over the odds for any players, especially ones who the opposing manager doesn't have any intention of selling.

When Lescott has settled in he will be better than Dunne but definetly not worth £22m+ more like £10m-£12m.

problem though is that 9 games in and i can tell you all now that Toure and Lescott is NOT and never will be a top4 partnership.

Hughes is going to have to try and shuffle the pack, how he deals with "upsetting" his £40mil centre half partnership will be a tricky dilemma.

I tend to agree, but I'm more worried about Toure than Lescott. Apparently Toure is injured for Wednesday, would like a look at Kompany and Lescott together over 90 mins
