What is your definition of good enough?

If you want Bellamy who runs around like a headless chicken, then bring him back. Dzeko is not a player who is going to run around constantly. He's tall and offers a different type of striker. It seems people just want short fuckers like Tevez who just try to take the whole defence on their own and lose it 90% of the time (but they look "skilled" doing it). FFS

Tevez scored 43 league goals for us in two seasons mate, and Aguero looks like he could do the same or better. Guess those "short fuckers" play pretty well eh?

I thought that Dzeko was bashed in every possible way here but you managed to find something new.

Instead of making this stupid post it would be better if you have asked why City doesn't have a player who can make two decent crosses in a row? In 2010/2011 season City was in the last place in all of the Premiership when it comes to crossing, with only 15% of success rate. How can someone ignore this stat?

Almost 9 out of 10 Man City crosses do not reach a City player.

First of all last season has nothing to do with this season.

Secondly, maybe 9 out 10 didn't reach a City head as our strikers can't win a header under pressure.

Third, he can't win a header from a keepers kick. Explain that.

1.I don't have a stat for this season but I would bet you that again City is in the bottom three of all of the PL in that category.

2. Five min. before the end of the game yesterday there was a free kick for Man City from the side of the box. All of the City players are in the box and Silva kick the ball over everyone for a goal kick. Can you explain this?

Dzeko could score even more and still be considered shite for the reason stated above. Already has 16 goals this season for City, without even being a full time starter. You use stats only when it fits your agenda.

He has it. We saw this first 6/7 games of the season. He then has lost his form quite a bit. He does rely on good crosses into the box, this is something we need to really improve on. We need to get a winger that can, consistently, get decent balls, at pace, into the box.

15/16 goals is very good. Frustrating he can be (esp his touch). But get rid??? Never.

He is good enough, we don't get enough crosses in the box for him to get onto, prime example the Tottenham game away, banged in crosses and he scored 4, he's not like Balo and Aguero who like it to feet, he'd prefer to run onto it, and his passing is great (one to AJ last night, one to AJ at Arsenal etc)

Won't find many better 'Target Men' with the passing and (on his day) touch he has, and still fairly young, Keep every day of the week, and sign a winger who will bang crosses onto his head (Bale, or even Valencia or a player like them)

You're right, it was too strong. Don't get me wrong, we need all types of strikers, including short fast ones. But to suggest that everyone should be the same mold is ridiculous.
