Can we have a poll on Dzeko....?

Too slow, too weak, two touches needed, to worried about getting hurt, too many lack lustre games off him

As proved again last night - No one in the squad I'd rather have on the end of a cross in a big match.

he'd bag loads more if we played ground crosses with pace. only richards does that consistently.

also thought he had a good game (not 20 minutes, game) last night. not his fault we couldn't ever get the ball to him.

the number one boo boy on here, it's a shame because he's much better than people give him credit for

Workrate would never be a problem with him, to use his own words, "We always try to leave our souls on the field."

But I think we're asking for SOME things from Dzeko that he shouldn't have to do, as I said in my other post in this thread I think we should be using him as a fox in the box but that means more crosses and decisive passes.

Look at Wigan and Liverpool. Two great crosses, one in each game, and Dzeko got on the end of both.

Maybe, but other than those 2 goals, what has he done in the last 3 games apart from get in the way of Aguero!! He is not a world class striker for me.This isnt a dzeko bashing session this is just an opinion of a potential area we could improve
Assisted Lescott against Tottenham, great run when Nasri scored (look where the defenders went), shoud have had an penalty yesterday and sa great ball to AJ that should have resulted in a ticket to Wembley. What more do you expect? Some good looking robinho-moves that result in nothing??

Don't try to convince him AgueroO. He's made up his mind Dzeko is shit, and refuses to see it any other way. He'll dismiss his large goal numbers, and flat forget all of the assists.

Guys like him is slag him all day, then he'll score, and they'll apologize for 5 minutes, and then they'll slag him off the rest of the day. I'm used to it by now.

He's the most frustrating player at the club, more so than AJ. He's shown that he's got the skill, strength and intelligence to be a very good striker but he's just so inconsistent, not just from game to game but within them too. Yesterday was a prime example he was absolutely shite, even taking the lack of support into account, but then there's a nice finish and a sensational pass. For me on balance that's not offering enough and he needs to get over whatever's holding him back because there's a very good striker there somewhere.

Good player. Shows some exceptional skills but needs to be more consistent which will come with confidence and time. Fans getting on his back won't help.
Keep faith and give him a chance.
You do not go from top scorer in the Bundesliga to being as useless as some posters suggest.
