You could discreetly keep an eye on the exit, from a safe distance and quitely slip away unnoticed if she comes out with a mate?
I'm not sure what you could do if she appears with your mate though?
He really can't start spying on her. That's just not the right thing to do regardless of where she is and who she's with. I'm not sure I could look any partner of mine in the eye again if I'd spied on her when she was out with her Cousin or something. It's all about trust.
One of my mates was married to a stunningly beautiful girl and many of us used to quip about how overprotective he was of her. She ended up leaving him and it surprised nobody.
