Cannot understand why Micah and johnson are not in England!

I also cannot understand why they are not there in the squad, Micah should start and AJ makes an impact off the bench.
However to all those saying they hope all these other countries win, I am English and will still be supporting the team no matter how shit they are, I never deserted City when we were shit and I wont do the same to my country.

I like Micah but two England managers on the run have now omitted him and when it came to the big games at City Zabba was picked ahead of him (maybe Micah was injured some of that time though).
Plus during the course of the season when I saw Zabba's name on the team sheet instead of Micah I automatically felt a bit safer.

Hmmmmm , i love Zaba , but Richards is a better right back , IMO

Apparently he was left out of the initial squad. Then found out Hodgeson had called all his back-up players but only called Micah after he needed more stand-by players.
Micah felt hard done by and refused.

Thats the word i am reading ofc nothing solid on it yet though.

Liverpool finished 8th , 37 pts behind ( i think ) the top two, their players underachieved all season , yet 6 players get into Hodgsons 1st England squad ??????????? , Gerrard maybe , but Henderson , Carrol , Downing , and now Kelly ! , what the fucks going on here ???????
