I have no love for him or his views either. He is an odious man who does not serve his relegion in anyway shape or form.
But why wasnt he charged for his offences here and why do we bend over backwards to serve Americas sense of justice.
I know im on my own here, but if the USA can get a 65 year old man extradited because he sold batteries to Iraq or get a young autistic kid extradited because he hacked a US website then its wrong.
The USA are not the worlds police and i fucking hope never will be
You are quite entitled to be the lone voice Rascal because we live in a democracy (Ish) and unless you threaten to kill me you just fill your boots and continue debating.
I do agree that in some instances we bend over to the Americans and ask how hard we want it but in this instance the legal system was exhausted...even the European Court Of Human Rights agreed.
The charges against al-Masri include conspiracy in connection with a 1998 kidnapping of 16 Westerners in Yemen, and conspiring with others to establish an Islamic jihad training camp in rural Oregon in 1999. He could be sentenced to life in prison if convicted.
I should think that these charges warrant an extradition to the US because he has used our protection to "Arrange" to facilitate terrorist training in the US (Allegedly)
