Nobody outside on our street clapping tonight but that was because it was blowing a gale in freezing rain. A few of us stood at the window and clapped together but I had to turn my back on the TV news when they went to his family clapping as his daughter looked bereft ( as she has every right to ) and that really cut me up.

Just seen Johnson clap on the news; he just doesn't come across well. Also he and Symonds came out and stood 2m apart?? Are they not in the same family bubble or is there some truth in the rumour that there's a touch of Donald and Melania in their relationship now?
