Car Parking Season Tickets

There was a two hour queue for the tube at Seven Sisters after the Spurs match on Sunday and no overground rail services because of engineering. Luckily I jumped on a bus to King's Cross after waiting about 30 minutes. It's not just Manchester. Britain seems to specialise in sub-standard infrastructure.
You could have got the overground train to Liverpool Street from Northumberland Park, about a 15 minute walk from the ground

Anyone who heads back towards the Mancunian Way would be mad to park in the Blue car park anyway. Just park on the industrial estate behind what was the Mercedes garage. It's cheaper and you get away much quicker.

If you're not in a rush (don't see why you would be on a Saturday afternoon), why not park somewhere like Sale Waterpark and jump on the tram? If you're fit enough, get a train into Piccadilly and walk from there?

There are loads of options, but we're very overreliant on cars.
Having had the joy of 5 hours on a train and London underground in a mask yesterday with work, there's no fucking way I'll be going anywhere near any form of public transport again for a good while.

Unless I can pre book parking I'll be sacking it off on Saturday, if the situation carries on into next month without some sort of solution I'll cancel the ST.

Absolute nonsense, I was on the verge of not renewing anyway. This is utter shite

If you're that bothered about pre-booking parking, download the 'JustPark' app and book someone's driveway. Someone local will get the money then.

Alternatively, just arrive at least an hour before kick off and park on the industrial estate. I don't get what the big fuss is? There's absolutely tons of parking around the stadium.

Took us an hour and a half to reach the M60 on Saturday, after the game, and a good hour to get in before the match. Which bright spark decided to cone off an entire lane for cyclists, meaning that the only route to the ground was backed up as far as Sale.

Gonna park at the Trafford centre and get the tram next game.
That's quite bad. They've had that cycle lane in Sale since the start of the pandemic. Seems like a real waste of space (especially considering most cyclists using that route would just go down the canal anyway).

Let’s be honest, city cannot organize anything, we all know this, but surely even this debacle has reached a new low!!! Absolutely no communication from the club to its supporters on this subject is unacceptable, they really can’t be doing with folk like us these days,, anyway spare a thought for the numerous disabled supporters and their carers who will be facing an absolute nightmare in trying to gain access to a nearby car park, I have been fortunate to have a disabled pass since going to the etihad, I do however have mobility, but no matter the severity of disability city have withdrawn the lot, who made this decision??? We have all seen the looks on these guys faces, some unable to communicate when city score a goal, now can they, will they be able to attend,, the words “ lower than a snakes belly” spring to mind,, me, I will be able to manage , a lot won’t it breaks my heart that we can be treated this way,and exactly how long have they had to deal with this??? Shame on you city SHAME. Let’s just hope the media pick this up to help all my pals who won’t be there.Maybe a letter to the sheik!!!!
