Car Parking Season Tickets

Anyone who heads back towards the Mancunian Way would be mad to park in the Blue car park anyway. Just park on the industrial estate behind what was the Mercedes garage. It's cheaper and you get away much quicker.

If you're not in a rush (don't see why you would be on a Saturday afternoon), why not park somewhere like Sale Waterpark and jump on the tram? If you're fit enough, get a train into Piccadilly and walk from there?

There are loads of options, but we're very overreliant on cars.

I generally park on the industrial Estate you mention, can be like whacky races trying get off there as well, been going on there for a good number of years now.but probably quicker than club car park I agree.

Won’t be able to update after this Saturday though as coming in on train and going on piss, but I’ll be on it next weekend after and let people know what the situation is

Of course, no trams through Victoria this weekend (last I heard).

And not everyone wants to risk public transport at the moment.
There was a two hour queue for the tube at Seven Sisters after the Spurs match on Sunday and no overground rail services because of engineering. Luckily I jumped on a bus to King's Cross after waiting about 30 minutes. It's not just Manchester. Britain seems to specialise in sub-standard infrastructure.

It gets worse. How long have City known about this. All I've read is the stuff on the OS that doesn't fit with an option that is available according to what they have written - No STs for the car park, book a slot from the best car park according to your line of travel, purchase a set of parking spaces for a few games, all APNR - the system looked a fuckin' nightmare to start with, and it's deteriorated daily. Does anyone know if the stadium is still on the Ashton Road?
I'll check tonight when I go for my walk. If you hear nothing assume all is well :-)

Actually if you look on the website to contact them the address given is:
MANCHESTER CITY
ETIHAD STADIUM
ETIHAD CAMPUS
MANCHESTER
M11 3FF

Oh heck, have they moved that as well? :-)

Took us an hour and a half to reach the M60 on Saturday, after the game, and a good hour to get in before the match. Which bright spark decided to cone off an entire lane for cyclists, meaning that the only route to the ground was backed up as far as Sale.

Gonna park at the Trafford centre and get the tram next game.

ASDA car park capacity is well down. A big chunk taken up by the new Starbucks and now another new development is taking up a lot of space.
The new development looks like it's going to be a Gregg's outlet. At least another 50 car spaces not going to be available anymore.
Also, if anybody is interested, the Asda car park is for customers only and is free for up to 4 hours.
So park up at 2pm and you should be ok until 6pm. Just make a token purchase and you should be legit.
