I’ve been trying to buy a ticket this morning on my mates Cityzen membership for a friend but it still says restricted sale and he can’t buy even though other games are available. Is there another membership that he doesnt have and mean he can only buy on open sale?

Can you ring up and buy a cityzens card and a ticket in the same phone call, or failing that any idea when/if they go on open sale ?

Does anyone know if you can do this? My brother is in the same situation. Old season ticket holder.

I used to have a season card but I had to get rid of it, ended up buying a citenzens membership for me and my mate today and then added him onto my family and friends on my account, then it worked and I managed to get 2 tickets, all the first tier apart from singles has sold out, I got the yellow section that’s 40 per ticket

Just trying to buy 4 tickets. 2 adult 2 junor. I only have to adult season cards, won’t let me buy junior tickets as I’m not a jr. Anyone got any ideas round this? I can buy 4 adult but not 2 adult 2 junior?

On the notification it says you can only buy tickets for the category of cards you own.

Well you could phone them up, but then they’d be asking you why you have adult cards for children and where you got them from?

I haven’t, I’ve got two season tickets. I’m buying 4 tickets. I can buy 4 adults but not 2 adults 2 junior. It just seems like I’m being ripped off, but that’s why I asked on here. As I’m a complete numpty at shit like this.

I’ll call up, I’ll just need to take the afternoon off work. ;-)
