It’s always raucous in the pubs on Wembley high street after the game. Had some great celebrations in JJ moons.

Had a change of plan, usually on a coach to Wealdstone but now coming in by train into Marylebone, any suggestions for a beer stop rather than the City pubs near Wembley?

    It's barm so STFU.
Normally Baker St would be a good option but a couple of pubs there are/were places where Chelsea's nutters drink - The Globe was definitely one, just opposite Baker St tube station.

    Correct

The Globe was the main England pub back in the day, hence the reason Chelsea still use it for Wembley appearances

I'd say it's 15 minutes or so to get from pub to turnstiles but the green Man kick everyone out about an hour before the game anyway so you should have plenty of time. It is a pretty steep hill though!

Green Man is not always open after the game just to warn you

Its Guinness time any day of the week.
Thanks. We will be coming straight back home and I`ve bought enough ale supplies for either celebrating or drowning my sorrows on the return trip.

looking now, seems to be just the back 5 or 6 rows on the top tier left, aside from the odd single seat dotted around
