Dennis Tueart is going to play for us.
Did I say that? What I am referring to is that any team would prefer to be drawn at home. I also said it was unlikely to be fixed but 4,095 to 1 is very improbable/coincidental/fortunate. Ok with you?So the quality of opposition is irrelevant as long as they are at home?
Not even Wigan?
Not sure. Both sides play pretty average Prem sides bookending the tie. Home advantage and a club desperate for a lift-off trophy. This is a tough gig. This is a lot better tie than you insta try think. They've got a thin squad. They've got champions league for thr first time in forever, they basically have to play a weakened side. We will make widespread changes as usual so you'd expect our squad players to beat theirs. Much better tie than a decent midtable side that might hold it in higher esteem.
I can't say I'll be arsed if we go out early but I would really really love to win this and get the opportunity to get a picture with our current quadruple and that sweet sweet carabao cup too.
And 12 of those separate events with the same outcome is 4,095 to 1. Are there any other occasions you are aware of where the same team has had those same separate outcomes 12 times consecutively? Didn’t think soEvery draw is a separate “event “. 50% chance of home or away on each draw.
Unfortunately The Devonshire has long been demolished. My fault, couldnt be further away. Oh well, devonshire pub it is.
It is what it is. Go and see on forums what our draws are considered as. And what our treatment of the refs/fixes etc is.Did I say that? The funny thing here is he doesn't say it's corrupt. He made a sarcastic comment saying it's a surprise. Which after 12 in a row or whatever it is, it definitely isn't a surprise.
BBC Sport impartiality.
