in full control of the game and even the blind ref could not stop this manchester city team we played for 25mins and just took the piss out of them with pass after pass at one point it was a full 5 mins of city having the ball and it looked like dads vs kids in the park we was that good

only thing is the ref if VAR was used in this game we would still be playing now and the amount of stuff going on was like a talking point and you needed a review to see if the toss was won with the right call of heads or tails

Sane out for months. We have had leg breakers in lots of recent games and not a single red. The club should be investigating the Riley over this

If the premiere league and football in general want their product to be entertaining and for people to watch the best, most exciting players performing, then they have to start protecting them and clamping down on the clogger's. This might mean having to fetch through new young refs with this directive and binning off old crap dinosaurs like Mason.

We also need a rule change that yellow cards can be looked at retrospectively and as in that thug Bennets case upgraded to a red.
