I, for one, am happy with the draw, even though I was at the BC home tie last season (which was not City's best effort last season). Now, I just need it to be played on Wednesday. I scheduled my first trip this year around being able to go to this match, my logic being there would not be too much competition for a ticket and it would be relatively inexpensive. I have my Everton match ticket sorted already. Now, my other outstanding issue to sort is getting American Airlines to rearrange my flight tickets so I can fly to Munich on Sunday rather than back to the States. If AA will do that, then just one other hurdle to clear...securing a match ticket.
My dream now...
19 Sept, wheels up--check
20 Sept, wheels down/BC tie
21 Sept, get to City Shop, drink at Eastlands Pubs
22 Sept, drink in Bredbury Pubs
23 Sept, drink in Shambles
24 Sept, Blue Dippers
25 Sept, arrive in Munich, Oktoberfest
26 Sept, More Oktoberfest
27 Sept, Bayern Munich
28 Sept, Back to States
I think I shall order a new liver before I depart the States...see y'all in Sept, gotta contact American Airlines now!
Edit: Bah--far too much money for me to afford...$1800+ to change itinerary...looks like BC and Blue Dippers will be it...still thrilled about the trip, though!
