What a prick !! He certainly wont be covered by his Insurance,unless thats something he`s had the foresight to do,but can`t see it myself.
Any sort of accident and an injured person would get no insurance "payout" and would then have to piss about suing him !
And yes I have supported him alll through his trials and tribulations,but this is just taking the piss against the authorities.

You cannot get insurance if disqualified

Would be rare for a first offense of Dwd unless there were serious aggravating factors eg an accident. Assuming he's guilty of course

Max Penalty. which wouldn't surprise me with a high profile case to make an example of.

Driving while disqualified - 6 months’ imprisonment (12 months in Scotland) / £5,000 fine / Discretionary disqualification

No licence means no insurance..

Driving without insurance - Fines: LGV £5,000 PCV £5,000 Other £2,500 / Obligatory disqualification (6 months minimum) if offence committed within 3 years of a previous conviction for the same offence - otherwise discretionary

You can probably get it, but it won't be valid. Players will have other people look after shit like that though, and he'd know full well he was banned so he's an idiot for doing it when he could afford a full time driver anyway.

I reckon at worst he'll get a suspended sentence. With his megabucks he can easily pay his way out of it.

One concern for me though, would it affect his work visa?
