looks like Dzeko might get a run in the first team after all.

Unlikely to go to court before the end of the season, he'll be gone then anyway.

This type of offense usually gets dealt with quickly. Its usually clear cut, there isnt much evidense to be collected, not likely to be many witnesses other than the police. He might plead not gulity (eg it wasnt me driving) but otherwise there's no real reason for it to drag on.
