I love Tevez. However, if there is truth in the rumour, then we have enough strength in depth to carry on regardless. We scored three goals today without even moving out of second gear. We've not even hit peak form and Mancini's still in the process of building. The future's blue.

Well I'm stunned by the rumour (in a "had it as a deep unspoken fear already kinda way") but I won't be critical of Carlos whatever the case because the man's a grafter - he always puts in a good shift / always earns his wages.
The gist of theb issue is that he's split from his missus and his kids are in Argentina and . . he misses them like fuck.
I've got daughters and I've worked away from home so I can appreciate the burden he bears. If he wants to go home for that reason then I'll wish him the best and thank him for the work he's done for us in the time he's been here.

If he does go then I won't be down about it 'cos we're bigger than one man - even biger than a world beater like Carlos. Without him we'll still qualify for the CL and bring in a replacement of equal or better stature.

This is all part of being in the upper echelons of football - press pressure pumping everything up and out of proportion. The world looking at every heartbeat of the club and magnifying every movement. . . I love the fact that we're here living this high and with the promise of higher.

I love Carlos and hope he stays but if he goes then my thanks to the fella and we'll move on to greater heights regardless.

I know everyone is shocked and hurting so I'm not making any judgement calls here. But some of you are far too quick to turn on Carlos and slag the guy off.

Lets just see how this plays out first before we bad-mouth a guy who has regularly sweated his body-weight for us and been the main reason we're currently joint top.

Personally I think this will be half-resolved until the end of the season.
Genuinely cannot see him leaving in Jan.

And then in the summer....when hopefully someone of the stature of Dzeko has been with us for a few months already and settling in nicely.....we swap one superstar for another and continue onwards and upwards.

Absolutely agree with this post. Let's not be too hasty until we're all furnished with the facts.

Want an explanation from either the club or Tevez.

Whatever that cnut Kia Joshithouse says, I don't care and don't listen.

Makes no sense. Plugging that interview with Tevez like mad and Mancini repeating how he's staying and he's vital, then a transfer request.

Either, the club has said all this shit knowing this was going to happen, or Tevez has blatantly lied to all of us knowing this was going to happen.
