I think we will just have to accept that he wants to go,the world wont stop turning I dont think he has ever been happy to be with us and now he has proved it,he wants to go home which we have to accept

I hope it's just Rooney all over again, and that he's looking to be paid as much as Rooney is, he's better than him for a start.
I'm 50/50 over this I don't know what's more likely.

I hope we sell him if that is the case then to be honest.

If he stays, fine. If he goes, fine - but it will be on our terms and our terms alone.
Just like when Bacon Face was humiliated and schooled in the realities of life outside the closeted world of football by Magnier and McManus, Carlos and his twat of an agent will find they are well and truly out of their league if they try and come the twat with our owners.
We are in a position where nobody is indispensable or irreplaceable.
And to the lurking shitehawks from Rag Soupkitchen etc, consider the fact that at least our fans have some dignity.
If we were rat-faced rag tramps, we would already have tucked our trackie bottoms into our white socks, put on our best black coat from the market and gathered outside his house, lookin well ard, innit, while our mum made a banner calling him a whore.

He can of course go to Boca

But not at City's expense or partial expense

Unless of course he has fired us to the title in the meantime in which case maybe we could think more kindly on it.....

Re: So avoidable

Seriously, you try very hard to find an argument to blame Mancini for his subs?

If a player cant accept being subed when we are one man down and are 6 minutes from victory, then you need to question the player.. Mancini did the right thing from a tactical point of view.

and do you really think its more important to Mancini, to make a point rather then do his best and win games? i mean, to win games make the "point" quite clear in my opinion. dont you agree?

Tevez is the most prolific striker going rig now... He's perfect for the league, infact he's the perfect player for us.

I would be gutted to see him go, after everything that was said when he came here; wanting a 5 year contract, nothing less. The interviews etc

Saying that, we are in a position to go after 'replacements' and we already have a hugely talented squad. It will be a test as we do rely heavily on Tevez as he constanly performs.

Even if the transfer request has been handed in Who can realistically afford him? That is going to be a key factor in all of this and there certainly isn't a team in Argentina who even comes close to a figure we should be demanding. This is one of the reasons I still see Tevez in a city shirt after January but he needs to know Mancini is boss.

Perhaps Kidd was referring to Mancini not being afraid to put a top player straight at the expense of his own popularity when speaking earlier today. Forza Mancini!

Anyone who thinks this has been fabricated by the press are being naive. It's clearly happened.

How it pans out is another matter.

Ric puts it perfectly, this is happening but the end has not yet been decided. It's nit as clear cut as is being reported.

Re: So avoidable

Mancini has to manage the way he does because it works! no player is bigger than the Club. if we have to we will replace Tevez and go on and win the title. have faith!
