I think in 2 years Mario will be ready to step-up for Carlos and we should let Tevez go as long as he signs for a team in Brazil/Argentina or maybe West Ham

Aguero was brought in as his replacement, so that isn't a problem. We have managed without him for most the season and did incredibly well too, we aren't reliant on him like we were under MH,having him back in the team just adds another dimension and gives us the cutting edge, other than that we could cope if he left tomorrow.

No way will Mancini will go into a season with just Dzeko, Aguero and Balo, whenever Tevez goes we will sign a big name replacement.

If we allow him walk away freely, he may end up in Chelsea or other EPL teams.
